About Us

Annette Lee

Annette Lee is a qualified Personal Trainer, Nutritional Therapist and Group Fitness Instructor based in Rhyl, Denbighshire, North Wales. She is a member of the International Institute of Complementary Therapists and also a member of Fitness Professionals. Annette has more than 25 years experience in the fitness and wellness industry and has an excellent reputation for success. Over the years she has helped hundreds of people attain better health, increased well-being and personal fitness goals through the services she offers.  And the best bit is that sessions are conducted at your location or online, meaning that you can achieve all these results in the comfort of your own home/business.

Annette’s own journey with nutrition and lifestyle began at an early age with a family history of coeliac disease, and therefore a realisation of what a powerful impact food changes could have. Following the birth of her daughter she became unwell and had to make changes to her own nutrition and lifestyle and has since never looked back - being fitter, healthier and happier. This has made her aware of changes that can be made which are sustainable and achievable.

She has also opened her Nutritional Therapy service to the corporate world and offers Corporate Wellness Events across North Wales and the North West to businesses looking to keep employees fit, healthy and happy, thereby helping to improve performance and reduce sickness.

Nutritional and lifestyle choices play an important role in our everyday lives and can have a huge impact on our current health and well-being as well as our health for the future.
